WISPR is operated by LYFE ("we", "us", "our"), trading as WISPR, registered at Duivenvoorde 18, 1187DJ Amstelveen, Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KVK) registration: 80987389. VAT identification number: NL003520561B74. WISPR is an AI-assisted trading journal for retail investors. It reflects on your own broker activity and journaling to help you understand your behaviour. WISPR does not execute trades and is not a broker.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use WISPR. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

WISPR is offered on a paid subscription basis. A 7-day free trial is provided for new accounts. After the trial, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current price (currently €9.90/month) until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms. You can cancel any time from the billing portal in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Broker connections are provided via SnapTrade, a third-party aggregator. WISPR uses read-only access to fetch your positions and activity; WISPR never places trades on your behalf. You may disconnect a broker at any time from the app.

WISPR is a journal and reflection tool. Nothing in the app constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument within the meaning of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II) or any national implementing legislation. WISPR does not provide signals, price targets, entry/exit prices, or portfolio management. All outputs are descriptive and educational only. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions.

WISPR is not registered with or licensed by the AFM (Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets). It operates as a personal journaling and learning tool, not a financial services provider, and does not intend to fall within the AFM's licensing scope.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code;
• misuse or overload the service;
• use WISPR for illegal activity;
• upload content that infringes third-party rights or applicable law;
• use WISPR to build a competing product.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

WISPR relies on third-party providers including SnapTrade (broker connectivity), OpenAI (AI reflections), Financial Modeling Prep (market data), Stripe (payments) and Telegram (optional notifications). Your use of features depending on these providers is also subject to their terms. WISPR is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WISPR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, or uninterrupted service. WISPR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, missed profits, or trading decisions taken on the basis of information shown in the app. Our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including consumer rights).

You may stop using WISPR at any time and delete your account from the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Amsterdam only; there is no arbitration clause.
